The majority of Sm5 trains will be put into operation in the years 2011-2013

Further deliveries of Sm5 train units will begin in December 2010 and the average delivery pace is one train unit each six weeks.
There will be 11 train units in operation at the end of the year 2011, 21 train units at the end of 2012, 31 train units at the end of 2013 and the last ordered train unit will be delivered in January 2014.
The first two new commuter trains ordered in the year 2006 were put into service in the commuter traffic of the metropolitan region at the end of the year 2009.
